Hairendipity Salon Policies

         ADDITIONAL COVID-19 SALON POLICIES

• Due to temporary occupancy restrictions, no friends, family, children, or any additional persons other than the 1 client will be allowed in at a time. Please do not bring anyone of any age to your appointment with you. 
• Hand sanitizer is provided at many locations throughout the salon.
• YOUR PATIENCE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED through these months that we navigate a new normal. Appointment  times may be delayed, extended, etc. due to the limitations we're bound to. 

• Arrival 5-10 minutes prior to appointment would be ideal. Check in, choose your beverage, relax and an Assistant Stylist will be up to seat you shortly. 

• Text method is preferred method of communication. Please allow 24 hours response time for booking inquiries.

• Business hours are 10-6 Tues-Sat. Appointments will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis. For best opportunity of having your pick of day/time please plan to book your appointments 2-6 weeks in advance.

• Children are permitted in the salon only when they have an appointment of their own. 

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time will require a 50% service retainer to re-book. A second cancellation inside of 48 hours will result in forfeiture of retained deposit and future booking will be at the discretion of the salon. (Individual stylists may have a more strict cancellation policy. Make sure to check with your scheduled stylist).
• Refunds on services are not permitted. 

• Snacks or a full meal can be retrieved for you upon your request.  Most color services are booked on 3 hour time slots.  Simple services such as a base retouch can be completed closer to 2 hours.

• In the unusual event you do not love your products that were purchased at the salon, you will have 7 days to return them and get a refund. 

• Hairendipity will also refund or replace damaged products, on a case by case basis, if it is returned within 14 days.

• These policies do not apply to apparel merchandise.
