Lia Rene has specialized in hair extensions for over 15 years. She holds a Master Certification in K-Tips, I-Tips, Tape, Beaded Weft, Sew-in, Clip-in Placement, & custom extension cutting/coloring..

Prior to pursuing her career, Lia spent 15 years coaching competitive cheerleading. She has a natural gift and a true passion for mentoring and others. That basic instinct has transferred into her career and has honed her into a sought-after Educator within the industry. 

Lia has experience educating for Bumble & bumble NYC, Schwarzkopf, and Keratin Complex. She is currently a Regional Educator for OligoPro & National Educator for WBR™.

Inspired  by the change she saw in a woman’s confidence after transforming their hair, she began specializing in hair extensions prior to their popularity today. Since 2009  she has seen the technology evolve and has dabbled in all that’s available on the market. Accepting nothing but the best to attach her name to, Lia decided that not only is WBR™ the beaded weft method she’s chosen behind the chair but that WBR™ as a company stands for something much bigger -  that she needed to be a part of. 

Outside of the salon Lia stays on her toes chasing her 3 little boys (6,  8,  10   years old). Spontaneous weekend trips and anything that glitters keep her going in a world of salon life, sports and little boy chaos.

Cali has been an integral part of the Hairendipity team since early 2024. She worked as Lia’s Assistant for almost 2 years while building her own clientele; which is now booming! Cali is currently a Level 3 Stylist. She wasted no time proving how insanely talented she is; blonding and extensions come so easily to her!! 

The fast-paced, ever-changing industry has been Cali’s true passion since she was little; she was “that” friend who did hair! Being able to change someone's look and mood with one appointment is truly empowering and fulfilling.  

Her goal for this 1st year in the industry is to gain as much knowledge as possible and to meet as many people as she can! 

If money was no issue and hair wasn’t her passion, you would find Cali at the beach every day working as a lifeguard. This girl has been swimming all by herself since she was 2 years old!

Cali is a bright light in the salon; singing, dancing, photobombing and making jokes all day long! She is very confident and can chit chat with just about anybody.

Outside of the salon you can find Cali driving like she’s in Mario Kart, enjoying time in the kitchen at the end of the day, or spending time with the people she’s passionate about. Her Dad, her big sister, boyfriend, and her fur babies Jessie Girl Golden and Cosmo Kitty, and her new puppy Bo-Peep! 🥰

Teagan has a passion for creating beautiful, effortless hair that helps her clients feel just as good as they look. She specializes in customized blonding, lived-in color, and polished blowouts, focusing on luxury results that are beautiful, wearable, and easy to maintain. Whether she’s brightening a blonde or creating the perfect sun-kissed dimension, Teagan loves giving every guest a personalized experience that leaves them feeling confident, refreshed, and empowered.

Always eager to grow, Teagan is committed to refining her craft through continued education and staying on top of the latest color techniques and trends. Her goal is to build lasting relationships with her clients by creating hair they love and an experience they’ll look forward to every visit.

Outside of the salon, Teagan’s adventurous side is always calling. She loves escaping to South Lake Tahoe or any beach destination, spending time with her dachshund-Chihuahua mix, Dutch, and soaking up country concerts and festivals. 

A former cheerleader of 11 years who cheered at California State University, Sacramento, she hopes to coach again someday. She’s also a certified custom spray tan artist and has a huge soft spot for animals—especially dogs.

Clients are often surprised by Teagan’s fun, laid-back personality. She’s just as happy listening to country music as she is turning on rap, refuses to wear jeans unless absolutely necessary, and could happily rewatch the same comfort shows over and over again. 

Her easygoing nature, attention to detail, and genuine love for making people feel their best make every appointment feel relaxed, personalized, and enjoyable.

RJ believes the best part of being a hairstylist is that it never feels like work. With a true passion for creating beautiful hair, expressing creativity, and building genuine relationships with every client, RJ loves helping people feel confident while transforming their vision into reality.

A recent graduate of Milan Institute, RJ’s dedication and work ethic were evident early on, completing more services in a single month than more than 3,500 students across all 16 Milan campuses. Impressive! As a stylist, RJ especially enjoys color corrections, vivid fashion colors, and luxurious blowouts, combining technical skill with an artistic eye to create customized results for every client.

Outside of the salon, RJ’s creativity doesn’t stop! Whether performing in theater, reading, baking elaborate desserts, or planning trips to every U.S. National Park, there’s always a new project or adventure in the works. A self-proclaimed “grandma at heart,” RJ also enjoys crocheting tiny sweaters for a beloved cat, Dory, and can even solve multiple types of Rubik’s Cubes—including a 12-sided one. 

It’s this blend of creativity, patience, and genuine warmth that helps every guest feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home.

Sol is a passionate and creative hairstylist who thrives in the ever-evolving beauty industry. With a deep appreciation for the constant innovation and artistic freedom the field offers, Sol has dedicated her career to helping clients look and feel like the most authentic version of themselves.

Sol’s number one goal is empowerment - guiding clients to discover confidence through curated beauty experiences. Whether it’s a bold transformation or a subtle enhancement, Sol believes beauty is a powerful tool for personal expression.

Among Sol’s proudest accomplishments is her work in education. Teaching and mentoring other stylists has been a deeply rewarding part of her journey, allowing Sol to share knowledge, inspire confidence, and elevate the industry as a whole.

If Sol weren’t behind the chair, you’d likely find her restoring historic architecture. Her passion for design, history, and preservation speaks to his love of storytelling and aesthetics - values that also shine through in his approach to beauty.

Outside of the salon, Sol is a cat mom of three, an amateur seamstress, and a lover of fashion history. Sol finds inspiration in old cinema, art exhibits, and vintage style, always drawing connections between past eras and modern beauty trends.

Sol’s favorite services include hair extensions, corrective color, and event styling. Extensions were a hands-on learning experience early in Sol’s career; allowing her to innovate freely before formal training caught up. Corrective color speaks to Sol’s love of puzzles and transformations, while event styling allows her to contribute to some of the most meaningful, everlasting moments in her clients’ lives.

Sol is not just a stylist—Sol is a storyteller, a creator, and a true artist; passionate about helping others feel their best. 

Jenn believes the best moments in life happen when creativity and connection come together - and that’s exactly what she loves most about being a hairstylist! 

Whether she’s creating a beautiful new look, helping someone feel more confident, or simply sharing laughs during an appointment, Jenn is all about making people feel seen, celebrated, and cared for.

A self-proclaimed “forever student,” Jenn is always learning the latest techniques, trends, and products to keep her craft fresh and exciting. She knows the beauty industry is constantly evolving, and she’s passionate about growing right alongside it. 

Her long-term dream is to mentor future stylists, helping them build confidence, sharpen their skills, and chase big goals of their own.

Outside the salon, Jenn’s creative spirit never takes a day off. She coaches gymnastics, loves tackling art projects, and is always on the lookout for the perfect sunset. Many of her favorite adventures are shared with her daughter, while staying close with her adult son across the country remains one of life’s greatest joys. ❤️

Clients are often surprised to discover Jenn’s quirky side. She’s equal parts detail-oriented and creatively chaotic, has a talent for making everyone feel included, and has a habit of randomly quoting movies, singing old commercial jingles, or dropping song lyrics into conversation - whether anyone recognizes them or not. 😆

Hayley has been behind the chair for 15 years. She has worked alongside  our  owner, Lia for most of those as she was Lia’s very first assistant in 2015.

When she’s not at the salon she’s spending time with her daughter and working her day job as a Software Engineer! She also loves going out to brunch with friends and working out at the gym! 

Hayley specializes in blonding and extensions and also is an educator for R+Co. Making people feel beautiful and the fact that her clients has turned into friends & family is the most rewarding part of her career!
