We’re called to this industry due to creative passion. Cosmetology school helps lay a foundation for technical skill. But when do we learn the business? Sustaining a career in cosmetology requires an understanding of economics and financial responsibility. 

In this class we will discuss the financial and business side of our unique industry. There will be a Q&A segment on taxes and write-offs. Want to know more about what it really means to be an Independent Contractor vs Employee? We will discuss the pros/cons & legalities of our industry.  

We will learn the importance of written goals, and how to achieve them without failure. 

Feeling fulfilled and truly happy in life is based on progress. Setting progressive goals that allow gradual victories helps us climb the ladder to larger achievements. 

Goal setting is the vehicle that drives us to our desired destination! 

My goal: Take the “Six-Figure stylist” from industry unicorn to industry norm.

We'll use unexpected props and tools in this hands-on workshop to create a deeper understanding of color theory that we can actually retain. 

Leave with tangible & visual examples of level & tone. How pigments dominate, reflect, and act based on attributing levels & undertone of canvas. 

 ADVANCED EXTENSION BOOTCAMP

Create and take home a mannequin professionally displaying each method. Perfect tool to provide a visual of method comparison during client consultations! 

Advanced Extension Bootcamp is an intimate setting with one on one, hands-on training. Mannequins, extension hair, & tools are included in ticket cost. 

Doesn’t matter what companies / methods you’ve been certified in, this class covers tips for coloring hair extensions, blending extensions to the natural hair using the right pair of shears, advanced placement and combining methods in a universal way that can be applied to any brand!

Covered methods: K-Tip, I-Tip, Sew-in, One-Step, Tape-in, Clip in.
