Hairendipity Salon Policies


At Hairendipity Salon our highest priority is a quality experience for each of our valued clientele.

Please read the policies below to help each visit run as smoothly as possible.

Arrival 5-10 minutes prior to appointment would be ideal. Check in, choose your beverage, relax and an Assistant Stylist will be up to seat you shortly. 

Please allow 24-48 hours response time for booking inquiries.

Children are permitted in the salon only when they have an appointment of their own. 

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for first time clients in order to reserve appointment time. Deposit can be paid in person, over the phone, or via Venmo/PayPal and is credited towards your appointment. 

Cancelation policy requires 72 hour notice prior to appointment time. Should rescheduling within 72 hours be necessary for any reason, a non-refundable deposit 50% of the service total will be required to rebook. Deposit will be credited toward next service and will rollover one time as a courtesy should a second emergency within 72 hours occur. After second cancelation within 72 hours deposit will be forfeited and rebooking will be at the discretion of the salon.
