Hairendipity Salon Policies
At Hairendipity Salon our highest priority is a quality experience for each of our valued clientele.
Please read the policies below to help each visit run as smoothly as possible.
- Arrival 5-10 minutes prior to appointment would be ideal. Check in, choose your beverage, relax and an Assistant Stylist will be up to seat you shortly.
- Text method (707-450-5424) is our preferred method of communication. Please allow 24 hours response time Tuesday - Saturday for booking inquiries.
- Business hours are 10-6 Tues - Fri; 10:00 - 3:00 Sat.
- Appointments will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis. For best opportunity of having your pick of day/time please plan your appointments 2-6 weeks in advance.
- Children are permitted in the salon only when they have an appointment of their own. Much of our decor is made of glass and sharp materials; as well as many clients seek this time of solace and pampering away from their own children.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time will require a 50% service retainer to re-book. A second cancellation inside of 48 hours will result in forfeiture of retained deposit and future booking will be at the discretion of the salon. (Individual stylists may have a more strict cancellation policy. Make sure to check with your scheduled stylist).
- Refunds on services are not permitted. Please notify your stylist within 2 weeks post-appointment for any complimentary adjustments to your service.
- Snacks or a meal can be retrieved for you upon your request. “The Queen Bee” and “The Princess” Extension services lasting 4+ hours will include a meal complimentary.
