About Cali Watson

Since joining Hairendipity in February 2024, Cali has quickly become my right hand, supporting every aspect of the salon. 

In just one year, she has attended high-level education in all the major metros like the R+Co Excursion for salon owners and managers in New York City, the Bellami Extensions Master Class in San Francisco, and the Speakeasy x WBR extension class in Los Angeles.  

Cali also frequently accompanies Lia in her travels teaching hair color education for OligoPro, showing a relentless drive to learn.

Her courage and eagerness to grow have allowed her to thrive alongside seasoned industry professionals, and she’s off to an incredible start in her career.

Communicating your hair goals can be tricky, with so many terms and options to choose from. But with Cali, making clients feel comfortable and understood comes naturally.
