Avery is excited to share this next adventure with her clients and looks forward to bringing even more warmth, care, and creativity to every appointment.

Avery is a key member of our leadership team, contributing her fun nature and organizational skills to our success. 

She helps coordinate our team bonding events, an integral component to strengthening our salon culture. Avery also manages our incentive programs, sparking friendly competition to boost sales and motivate the team. Her dedication ensures that we stay focused, connected, and always striving for excellence.

 It’s been a privilege to watch Avery grow both professionally and personally. 

In October 2024, she married her best friend, Brandon Silva, with many of her salon family there to celebrate. Their love is undeniable, it’s clear they were meant to be. 

As Avery prepares to welcome a baby, it’s been wonderful to see her embrace this next chapter with the perfect partner by her side.
